Media Advance Registration
The deadline for advance registration at the Summit is June 11, 2007. To register in advance, contact Sharolyn Rosier Hyson at 703/562-8819 or shyson@himss.org. After June 11, media must register on-site.
Upon receipt of your registration, you may be contacted by HIMSS and asked to provide supporting documentation to receive your media credentials. All media registering in advance will receive an e-mail confirmation of their registration. Media Badges Will Not Be Mailed To You. Pick up your media badge at HIMSS Registration on Monday, June 25.
Media Registration On-Site
After June 11, media must register on-site at the HIMSS Registration desk at the San Diego Marriott Hotel and Marina. Please review the media eligibility criteria and bring all documentation with you to register on-site. If you plan to register on-site and want to be qualified in advance, call Sharolyn Hyson at 703/562-8819.
